Our swimming pool is fenced as required by law in France. Furthermore, we have a trampoline and small playground. The animals on our estate also have a great attraction to the children. There are games in the bar and there is a petanque court.

The meeting with other children from all corners of the world is also indispensable and often leads to new friendships. From the terrace, the parents can keep an eye on their children playing in the large park garden.

There is plenty to do in the vicinity of Chateau de Mavaleix.

Consider, for example, renting a canoe in Brantôme (swimming certificate compulsory), a visit to the zoo with a beautiful botanical garden, donkey driving with our neighbors, or tree climbing near Bergerac. You can also rent bikes for the entire family (with child seat) and have them delivered to us, visit castles and caves.

 

If the weather is not so good then it is of course nice to light the fireplace in your own gîte and play games or come play darts and pool in our bar St. Hubert.
